Terms of Use

1. Service Definition

Bayri Digital Ads Panel (“Platform”) is a SaaS service that consolidates Meta Ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce data into a single panel for advertising agencies and brands; provides AI-powered analytics and reporting. The Platform is provided by Bayri Digital.

2. Account Creation

• An invitation from Bayri Digital is required to access the platform; there is no open registration.
• Account holders are responsible for account security and password confidentiality.
• Use of 2FA (two-factor authentication) is strongly recommended.
• Sharing account credentials with others is prohibited.

3. Third-Party Account Connections

The platform connects to third-party services such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, Ticimax, İkas, and Trendyol. The tokens/keys provided for connection:

• Are used only within the scope authorized by the customer.
• Operate on a read-only principle; no ad changes are made.
• Can be revoked by the customer at any time.
• The terms of use of the respective platforms apply.

4. Prohibited Use

• Using the platform for unlawful purposes is prohibited.
• Attempting unauthorized access to others' accounts is prohibited.
• Using methods that abuse the system, automated scraping, are prohibited.
• Uploading software that harms the platform's operation is prohibited.

5. AI and Automated Recommendations

The platform uses Anthropic Claude API to generate automated analyses and recommendations. These recommendations:

• Are for informational purposes only, not advice.
• Require manual verification before customer action.
• Do not make automatic changes to ad budgets.
• Bayri Digital cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of AI recommendations.

6. Service Interruptions

Bayri Digital does not accept responsibility for service interruptions caused by third-party API limitations or maintenance work. Significant interruptions are communicated to users in advance whenever possible.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform's source code, design, brand, and content belong to Bayri Digital. Content and data created by the customer on the Platform belong to the customer; Bayri Digital does not claim any rights over this data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bayri Digital is not responsible for indirect damages, data loss, or loss of profits arising from the use of the platform. Total liability is limited to the subscription fee paid by the customer in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

Customers may request to delete their account at any time; Bayri Digital must delete it within 7 days. Bayri Digital may also suspend or delete user accounts with cause.

10. Jurisdiction

Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the jurisdiction of İstanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices. Turkish Law applies.
